Its preparation requires precise timing and controlled techniques. The dough is carefully risen and baked at exact temperatures, resulting in a unique, soft texture. The crucial step of cooling the dough upside down ensures it retains its shape and moisture.

The tasting experience is pure bliss: when sliced, the veneziana reveals a slightly elongated crumb structure, typical of our live sourdough. Its soft texture, a sign of perfect fermentation, is complemented by the rich aromas of chocolate, butter, and vanilla, hinting at the depth of flavor within. On the palate, the various chocolates come together in a harmonious balance: 36% milk chocolate, 35% gianduia, and 64% dark chocolate, each layer blending seamlessly into a rich, rounded flavor profile.
